By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

HeadlineStreet provides an AI-powered tool that generates marketing headlines and titles for platforms such as YouTube, blogs, Twitter/X, and advertising. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using HeadlineStreet, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account using email or supported authentication methods (such as Google sign-in).

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or abuse risks.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Free Tier

4.1 Free Tier
Free accounts may receive a limited number of headline generations per day. Free tier limits are subject to change and may vary by feature.

4.2 Paid Plans
Paid subscriptions and one-time purchases are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge applicable fees on a recurring or one-time basis according to your selected plan.

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel subscriptions through your account billing settings or the Stripe customer portal. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

4.4 Price Changes
We may modify pricing or plan features. Where required, we will provide notice before changes take effect for existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Circumvent usage limits, authentication, or security controls
• Use automated systems to abuse free-tier or paid access
• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative of minors
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as human-created where prohibited by applicable law or platform policy

We reserve the right to investigate violations and suspend or terminate access without prior notice where appropriate.

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 No Guarantee of Results
HeadlineStreet uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable for your use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish or use any generated headline.

6.2 Your Inputs and Outputs
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, subject to rights needed for us to operate and improve the Service. You grant HeadlineStreet a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, store, and transmit your inputs and outputs solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

6.3 Third-Party AI Processing
Your prompts may be processed by third-party AI providers. Their terms and policies may also apply to that processing.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, design, and documentation (excluding your content), is owned by HeadlineStreet and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service except as expressly permitted.

"HeadlineStreet" and related logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://headlinestreet.com/privacy-policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Stripe, OpenAI, Google, and email/analytics services. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR ACHIEVE SPECIFIC MARKETING RESULTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEADLINESTREET AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification
